How to register your Fly6 Generation 3

Register your Fly6 Generation 3 to receive faster warranty support and product updates.

You can register your Cycliq Fly here on the Cycliq website, or via the CycliqPlus app for Android, iOS, PC and Mac.

We recommend using the CycliqPlus mobile or desktop app as it automatically detects your Fly’s serial number and pre-fills the Cycliq Product Registration form.

Register your Fly6 GEN 3 via the CycliqPlus mobile app (Recommended)

You can register your Fly6 GEN 3 with the CycliqPlus mobile app for Android and iOS.

• Open the CycliqPlus mobile app
• Connect to your Fly6 GEN 3
• From the hamburger menu in the top left corner select Register Device
• Scan the barcode or manually enter the serial number
• Confirm your registration

Register your Fly6 GEN 3 via the CycliqPlus desktop app

You can register your Fly6 GEN 3 with the CycliqPlus desktop app for PC and Mac.

• Open the CycliqPlus desktop app
• Connect to your Fly6 GEN 3
• From the left side panel note down the serial number
• Visit our Cycliq Product Registration page
• Select “Fly6 GEN 3” from the list of devices
• Enter your Fly6 GEN 3 serial number
• Confirm your registration

Where to find your Fly6 GEN 3 serial number

You can find your Fly6 GEN 3 serial number in the following places:

• By connecting via the CycliqPlus mobile app and looking in Settings > About Device
• By connecting via the CycliqPlus Desktop app on your PC or Mac. Either connect the USB-C cable to your Fly or insert the Fly6 GEN 3 microSD card into your computer, then start the CycliqPlus app and your Fly’s serial number will be displayed
• Underneath your Fly6 GEN 3 box. See the section “Location of the serial number on the Fly6 GEN 3 box” below for the correct place to look for it.
