Refunds, Returns and Warranty
We want our customers to find great value in Cycliq products and will do everything in our power to ensure you have a Cycliq product that operates as advertised. The return policy outlined here only effectuates products purchased directly from us; if you have purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them to arrange your return or exchange.
Apparel items can only be exchanged within thirty days of purchase for the same product in a different size. Apparel must be returned to us unused with the original tags still attached, in their original packaging.
CYCLIQ PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
At Cycliq Products, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. You may return item(s) purchased from this website for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
We will gladly give you a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost and a 3% restocking fee. Any orders returned and received after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to replacement only at the discretion of Cycliq Products.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- Return policy only applicable to products purchased through Cycliq.com direct website.
- Cycliq Products cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor. Please contact the original seller to return items purchased through them.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to returned products in transit to Cycliq Products.
- We cannot provide return packaging.
- Apparel items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size.
- Apparel must be returned to us unused with the original tags still attached, in their original packaging. We cannot accept apparel that has been worn or washed
- For international orders, any duties, or customs fees paid are non-refundable.
- Your order will be refunded to the original payment type used.
- Credit Card or Bank Transaction Fees are non-refundable.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
- Submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
- Any packages returned without an RMA# are subject to being returned to sender. Cycliq Products is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- Returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as sold, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Incomplete returns may be subject to additional charges or partial refunds.
- The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly to avoid damage during shipping.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Cycliq Products cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor.
- If you feel your product is defective, please submit a support request, and we will be glad to help you per our limited warranty policy below.
We understand that things change and sometimes you hit the “Place Order” button a little too soon. Please submit a support request to see if we can cancel the order for you.
If the order can be cancelled Cycliq Products will refund the order less any applicable payment processing fees.
Cycliq Products dispatches orders at regular intervals therefore your order may have already been processed for shipping. These orders cannot be cancelled and must be returned as per the above returns policy.
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Cycliq products expressly warrant products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser under normal use for one year from the original date form purchase. Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered
Cycliq Products will, at its discretion, repair or replace with a comparable product, at no charge to the customer for parts or labour. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, including any packing, or shipping materials needed to re-box the item. Replacement products may be new, refurbished or reconditioned and are warranted for the unexpired period of the original purchase, or 90 days from shipment (whichever is greater). Any products replaced become the property of Cycliq Products.
Cycliq Products does not warranty any items purchased through unauthorized dealers. We do not warranty products sold through eBay.
Cycliq Products assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Cycliq Products be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.
WARRANTY REQUEST AND RETURN PROCEDURE
If you believe your product has a defect covered by the above warranty, please follow the steps below:
You are required to provide your name, address, phone number, copy of the original receipt/proof of purchase indicating the date purchased. We will also require product serial number, and product photos.
- Firstly, submit a support request.
- If eligible for warranty, customer support will provide shipping instructions and an RMA#
- Package up your device appropriately to avoid damage in transit.
- IMPORTANT: returns that do not have a valid RMA number will be returned to sender.
