WARRANTY INFORMATION

Cycliq products come with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. Products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects during this period. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Cycliq assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Cycliq be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Purchasers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning approved warranty claims to us – we will cover shipping costs getting the repaired or replaced product back to customers.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by the above warranty, please follow the steps below:

  • Firstly, create a ticket on our support page.
  • Once we determine your product qualifies for coverage under our warranty, you’ll be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Package up your device appropriately to avoid damage in transit
  • Include a copy of your purchase receipt
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the package and send to:

  • Returns that do not have a valid RMA number will be sent back

RETURNS POLICY

Cycliq will do everything in its power to ensure consumers have a Cycliq product and/or accessories that operate to the advertised function/specifications.

We want our customers to find great value in Cycliq products enabling positive relationships to form.

The return policy outlined here only effectuates for products purchased directly from Cycliq.com/Cycliq.com.au online. If you have purchased from a retail partner, then they must also arrange your return or exchange.

Apparel items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for the same product in a different size. Apparel must be returned to us unused with the original tags still attached, in their original packaging.

Cycliq Product Warranty

Customers have the right to seek remedy for products they have purchased for up to 12 months from purchase for issues nominated as ‘warrantable items’. Beyond the 12 months Cycliq will attempt to assist with further issues by communicating with the customer to remedy the problem for a further 12 months. Spare parts and other physical requirements necessary to remedy the issue will be provided at a cost. Cycliq will only replace Cycliq products when the customer has submitted a support ticket and followed all steps to remedy the problem.

Upon Cycliq being satisfied that a solution cannot be reached via the support network, Cycliq can request the product/s be returned for further analysis.

Replacement products will NOT be sent unless the faulty product/s is returned to the nominated address via the support network

Cycliq Replacement Protocol

If Cycliq has deemed the product to be faulty, Cycliq will return a reconditioned, refurbished or new product/s at the discretion of the Cycliq Support Manager.

Cycliq will return the product to the customer within a nominated period: Generally, a seven (7) day assessment period and then up to a twenty-one (21) day shipping period from the date the product was received.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping of faulty products. Cycliq will be responsible for the return shipping of the reconditioned, refurbished or new product to the customer. If the product is tested and found to be working according to specifications, it will be returned to the customer as it was received.

REFUNDS

Cycliq does not issue monetary refunds. We will resolve any issues you may experience and will make sure you are equipped with products that are up to standards and conform manufacturing standards.
