If your Fly6 Pro is having power issues, such as not powering on or holding charge, follow these suggestions.

My Fly6 Pro won’t turn on

To turn on your Fly6 Pro, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

If for any reason your Fly6 Pro will not turn on, try the following:

  • Connect your Fly6 Pro to a wall charger and ensure it is fully charged; the charge port LED will illuminate green when fully charged.
  • Perform a master reset, then try turning your Fly6 Pro on.
  • Remove your SD card, then try turning your Fly6 Pro on.

Note: If the SD card is corrupted, the device may not turn on. By removing the SD card, the Fly6 Pro should turn on and beep to indicate that the SD card has been removed.

My Fly6 Pro is turning off unexpectedly

There are a few reasons why your Fly6 Pro may turn itself off:

  • If Idle mode is enabled, the Fly6 Pro will turn off after 15 minutes of being stationary. This can happen when stopped at cafes for example.

To check if Idle mode is enabled, or to disable it, connect your Fly6 Pro to CycliqPlus to check your settings.

If Idle mode is not causing the Fly6 Pro to switch off unexpectedly, check that the device is fully charged then perform a bench test.

If you’re not getting the expected battery life, ensure the firmware is up to date.

If your Fly6 Pro is still turning off unexpectedly submit a ticket with our support team.

My Fly6 Pro is not turning off

To turn your device off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

If for any reason your Fly6 Pro does not turn off, try a master reset.
