How to register your Fly12 Sport

Register your Fly12 Sport to receive faster support and product updates.

You can register your Cycliq Fly12 Sport here on the Cycliq website, or via the CycliqPlus on mobile or desktop.

We recommend using the CycliqPlus mobile or desktop as it automatically detects the devices’ serial number and pre-fills the Product Registration form.

Register your Fly12 Sport via the CycliqPlus mobile app (recommended)

You can register your Fly12 Sport with the CycliqPlus mobile app for Android and iOS.

• Open the CycliqPlus mobile app
• From the menu in the top left corner select ‘Register Device’
• Select Fly12 Sport from the menu
• Click “register”
• Scan the barcode or manually enter the serial number
• Confirm your registration

Register your Fly12 Sport via the CycliqPlus desktop app

You can register your Fly12 Sport with the CycliqPlus desktop app for PC and Mac.

• Open the CycliqPlus desktop app
• Connect to your Fly12 Sport
• From the left side panel note down the serial number
• Visit our Cycliq Product Registration page
• Select “Fly12 Sport” from the list of devices
• Enter your Fly12 Sport serial number
• Confirm your registration

Where to find your Fly12 Sport serial number

You can find your Fly12 Sport serial number in the following places:

• Connecting to the CycliqPlus mobile app and looking in Settings -> About Device
• Connecting to the CycliqPlus Settings App on your PC or Mac. Insert your Fly12 Sport SD card into your computer, start the CycliqPlus Settings App Program and your serial number will be displayed
• Underneath your Fly12 Sport box. See below for the correct place to look for it.
• Inside the port door you will also see your serial number
