Australian Bush Fire Appeal
The tragedies of the Australian bushfire season have so far seen more than 20 people die, 800 million animals wiped out, property destroyed and devastation across over 4.9 million hectares. Fires are still raging and the bushfire season has only just begun.
Cycliq is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, and we like many others feel pretty hopeless and powerless to help. As well as our personal donations, we want to use whatever we can to reach as many people as possible and to ask our global cycling community for help.
WIRES (Wildlife Rescue Emergency Fund) - Help rescue sick, injured and orphaned koalas, kangaroos and native Australian wildlife.

The Red Cross disaster relief and recovery - On the ground every day supporting people doing it extremely tough.

You can donate to these charities using the links above – thank you for your support.
All the best
Team Cycliq
PS – while we often battle our furry mates out on the road when cycling, we hate to see anything bad happen to our native Australian wildlife.. here’s a reminder of all the fun and mayhem these guys create here Down Under. In happier times.
