Perfect fit as I've already informed your team and delighted after the frustration of the first pack which was impossible to fit because it was too long for my rounded seat post, the video shows a flat seat post. I'd like to get a Fly 12 sometime for the front handlebars but at minimum €359 I may have to wait until the next Black Friday! Unless there's a decent offer before then....🤔😏🙂 Anyway, thanks again for all your excellent service and patience.

Asked for replacement as original although still usable was nearing its end ..

The strap is more solidly constructed than the original and holds the fly gen 3 snugly ...

The only complaint is the cost combined with delivery charge means it's on the expensive side but does the job securely

Works really well only drawback is the buckle is vulnerable to snapping hence replacement strap was sourced. Needs to be made from a more substantial material. Great service from Cycliq on replacement strap.

This strap pack was supplied by Cycliq to replace a brand new set that failed due to the weak loop that the strap threads through and pulls against to tighten. I was grateful for the free replacement but feel that the design of the loop is flawed and also disagree with the use of the hook and loop strap in the first place. A system based on strong elastic fasteners like the Cliq smart taillight would be better.
