Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas), processing times may be extended.
We fulfill orders from multiple warehouse locations depending on your shipping address:
- United States orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.
- All other international orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes in the US only. Please note that some express services may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Damages and Delivery Issues
Cycliq is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, or you experience a delivery issue (such as non-delivery or incorrect delivery), please contact us immediately.
Please retain all original packaging and damaged goods when making a claim.
Shipping Non-Refundable
All shipping costs (including express upgrades) are non-refundable.
In the event of a return or refund, the shipping portion of your order will not be credited unless the return is due to an error on our part.
