You can return any item purchased directly from Cycliq.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Warranty:

Cycliq offers a 12-month limited warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. If your product qualifies, Cycliq will repair or replace it at no cost (excluding return shipping). Warranty does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized sellers.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped from our regional warehouses via trusted local carriers.

United States Shipping

All US orders are shipped from our local United States warehouse using domestic carriers.

International Shipping

All International orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse and delivered via trusted global couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or DEPEX.
