Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Cycliq, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following outlines our policies regarding returns, refunds, and warranty coverage for products purchased directly from Cycliq.com.

1. Returns & Refunds

You may return any item purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. This applies to hardware and accessories. Returns after 30 days are only eligible for replacement at our discretion.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in good condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Packages without an RMA may be returned to sender.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, credit card/bank fees, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Apparel Returns:

  • Apparel may be exchanged once for a different size within 30 days.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

International Orders:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not refundable.

2. How to Submit a Return Request

If you’d like to return an item:

  1. Submit a support request and request an RMA number.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions including the return address.
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number written clearly on the outside.
  4. Ship it to the address provided in your return instructions.

Note: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel and refund your purchase, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to the above return policy.

4. Cycliq 24-Month Limited Warranty

All Cycliq hardware products come with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

  • Repair or replacement of defective products (new, refurbished, or reconditioned).
  • Warranty remains valid for the remainder of the original 24-month period or 90 days after replacement — whichever is longer.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, moisture, improper packaging, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including eBay.
  • Loss, injury, or damage resulting from product use.

Important Notes:

  • You must cover return shipping costs for warranty service.
  • Keep your original proof of purchase and product serial number.
  • We recommend retaining original packaging to simplify any warranty returns.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Request

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service:

  1. Submit a support request with your name, contact info, order number, serial number, and product photos.
  2. If eligible, we will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.
  3. Package the product securely and ship it back with the RMA number clearly marked.

Returns without a valid RMA will be returned to sender.
