You can return any item purchased directly from Cycliq.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Warranty:
Cycliq offers a 12-month limited warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. If your product qualifies, Cycliq will repair or replace it at no cost (excluding return shipping). Warranty does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized sellers.

So far I've not been able to sync either date or time using either the mobile app on my iPhone nor the desktop app on my Mac. As close as I've got is close to midnight one day ahead of the real date. There is definitely some software/OS issue with the Cycliq devices/apps. Both the Mac and iPhone are current iOS and have been since the purchase of the Cycliq devices.

Like it a lot, great picture Great battery life. The only thing tha need inproving is the velcero mount. In my experience velcro ruins bike shorts!!
