Recording Issues

My Fly12 Sport is not recording. 

If your Fly12 Sport is not recording, please ensure that you are using an appropriate SD card. Some SD cards are not able to cope with the read and write speeds required by HD recording devices. 

Also ensure your Fly12 Sport is adequately charged in order to record. 

If the device is still not recording correctly:

Note: There is a known issue with formatting your SD card via USB on a MacBook. If you have formatted your SD card via USB on a MacBook and find that your device will not record, please try reformatting your SD either using an SD card adaptor or the CycliqPlus mobile app.
