Do you have a refund policy?

We want our customers to find great value in using our products and we will do everything to ensure our customers have a product that operates to the advertised function/specifications.

We will be disappointed if you are not satisfied with your Cycliq purchase.

Refunds will only be issued if Cycliq determines that your product is deemed to have suffered a defect within the 12 months warranty period.

Refunds will not be issued if you:

  • Received the product as described, but simply changed your mind
  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere
  • Decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • Cycliq has determined that the affected product has a minor problem in which case we choose to offer a free replacement product of identical type to the product originally supplied under our product replacement policy

Note: Refunds will be for the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
