Can’t see your Fly6 Generation 3 in the devices list?

  • Ensure your Fly6 Generation 3 is turned on before pressing the Scan button on the opening Devices list screen
  • Make sure that your device is NOT on your phone’s Bluetooth list (must be unpaired)
  • Ensure your Fly6 Generation 3 is near your phone
  • Check you have the latest version of the CycliqPlus mobile app
  • Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and working
  • For Android devices with Android OS 10 and above ensure the Location/GPS is turned on and working

Note: A corrupted SD card could also cause the CycliqPlus mobile app to not recognise your Fly device. If your SD card is corrupted, the Fly6 Generation 3 will play a SD card error noise.
