My Fly6 CE is not recording
If your Fly6 CE is not recording, please ensure that you are using an appropriate SD card as some SD cards are not able to cope with the read and write speeds required by HD recording.
Also ensure the device has adequate charge in order to record.
If the device is still not recording correctly:
- Perform a master reset of the device
- Format your SD card using the SD card adaptor or through the CycliqPlus app
If you’re still unable to record on your Fly6 CE, please submit a ticket with our support team.
