Return and Refund Policy
We want our customers to find great value in Cycliq products and will do everything in our power to ensure you have a Cycliq product that operates as advertised. The return policy outlined here only effectuates for products purchased directly from us; if you have purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them to arrange your return or exchange.
We want you to be out recording your ride and enjoying your Cycliq product. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your products for a refund. All returned products must be in like-new condition, and any items damaged due to reasons outside of our warranty policy cannot be accepted back for a refund. Return shipping charges apply.
Apparel items can be exchanged within 30 calendar days of purchase for the same product in a different size. Apparel must be returned to us unused with the original tags still attached, in their original packaging.
You can start the return process online by submitting a return request.
If Cycliq deems a product to be faulty, we will return a new or refurbished product. Cycliq will return the product to you as soon as possible: generally, a seven-day assessment period and then up to a twenty-one-day shipping period from the date the product was received by Cycliq.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping of faulty products to Cycliq. If the product is within its warranty period, Cycliq will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the customer. If the product is tested and found to be working according to specifications, it will be returned as it was received.
Products replaced under Cycliq product warranties are covered for the original warranty period which is based on the original purchase date or 90 calendar days from the date that the replacement is received, whichever is longer.
