Martin’s Story – West Byfleet, United Kingdom

Martin was riding down Parvis Road when a car appeared to pass him on his right. However, this car hovered extremely close to Martin before slamming the brakes. What he did next was awful – he sped up quickly, hitting Martin OFF his bike from behind! He was then physically assaulted. Thankfully, Martin was not badly injured in this assault, which could have had a horrific outcome.

Fortunately, Martin had his rear-facing Fly6 Pro bike camera recording the entire incident.

The footage takes the he said she said out of the situation. It’s hard evidence which allowed the police to take action and charge the driver with dangerous driving, assault, and leaving the scene of a crime! The driver has an interim license ban and is set to face court for full sentencing next month!
