CycliqPlus for Windows and Mac, version 4.0.10

A new CycliqPlus update is available for Windows and Mac.

We jumped forward a few patches as we tracked down bugs in one-off builds with a few of our valued users!

Some fixes to a few issues and some changes in this version, read them all below.
