  • The @guinnessworldrecords 2020 book is hot off the press! Excited to be featured in another edition. Check out page 123 of the 2020 edition, and page 144 of the 2018 edition. 🙂💙🚲
  • Spent the day with my friend Sonya canning the majority of these fresh and delicious vegetables into salsa, dill pickles, and sauerkraut. Neither of us have fermented vegetables before, it turned out to be pretty simple! Definitely looking forward to the added health benefits!

  • Today was the UCI Gran Fondo World Series Cheaha Challenge 100-miler. With 10,000 feet of climbing and with two trips up Mt Cheaha (the highest point of Alabama), it made for a challenging yet grueling race. Was feeling really good today after yesterday’s time trial, but unfortunately at mile 31, while cranking it up a climb, my chain dropped and got stuck between my frame and small ring. Lost some time on the lead group, but got it worked out and hammered the next 69 miles trying to make up lost time. I was able to finish in second overall women, with less than four minute back from the winner, with a time of 5:02:04. The good news is, my finishing place qualified me for Worlds!
If you want to take on a challenging yet professionally run UCI qualifier, in a beautiful location, put this Gran Fondo on your calendar for next year!
  • This weekend I’m racing at the @cheahachallenge UCI Gran Fondo World Championship. Starting the weekend off with a win in the time trial, qualifying for age group world championship this year! Excited for tomorrow’s Gran Fondo world championship qualifier, 100 miles with 10,000 ft of climbing. Shout out to the race organizers for putting together a wonderful weekend of racing.

  • And that’s a wrap for the San Dimas Stage Race!
Took 5th place for the GC after three days of racing in California. Friday was a TT climb where I came in 5th, Saturday was a road race circuit with a punchy climb and attacks, and today was a downtown criterium. Happy with my results for my first stage race. I’m especially happy for my amazing teammate @emgrant1 for taking 2nd overall in the GC. Thanks for “coaching” me along this weekend teammie. 😄
Looking forward to more races with @teamtwenty20 and growing more within the sport.
Also, big kudos to @cassie._.hickey for taking the Cat 3 GC this weekend! 👊🏻
  • Thanks @rubberduckyhawaii for continuing to support me with your amazing sunscreen products!
Rubber Ducky protected me during my world records and gave me peace of mind knowing I was using products that were not only safe for my skin but also for the environment. All their products are 100% natural and are free of oxybenzone. Happy to continue to have Rubber Ducky’s support as I further my cycling career. 😎

  • I love riding with my @cycliq #fly6 & #fly12 cameras. The added sense of safety is not only helpful with vehicles but also with interactions with aggressive cyclists. I can ride with much less stress knowing Cycliq has me covered and protected front and back! 💙🎥🚲 #safecycling #floridacycling #camerassavelives #cycliqathlete #femalecyclists #besafebeseen
  • Going through race footage on my @cycliq #fly6 & #fly12 cameras I found some awesome moments from this weekend’s state road races.
Nice to see @laricastelari enjoying yesterday’s race! 😆 #cycliqathlete #cycliqfly6 #floridacycling #capturethemoment #cyclingfun
  • Wrapped up my season with a successful weekend of racing in the Florida State Road Race Championships! Yesterday were the age group races and today were the categories, I was able to pick up overall wins in both!
The course was filled with awesome climbs and the wind was just like it is at Flatwoods.
Huge shout out to my parents, family, and amazing friends for coming out and supporting me this weekend! Your support means a lot to me. :) @teamtwenty20
